Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Primary Care Physician to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a physician seeking a flexible schedule while still providing high-impact, relationship-based care to a vibrant and underserved community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care across all ages—pediatric through geriatric—within the scope of family or internal medicine.

Perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.

Prescribe medications and monitor treatment plans.

Deliver patient education with a focus on prevention and wellness.

Maintain timely and accurate charting (ICD/CPT coding).

Collaborate with medical assistants, navigators, and clinic staff.

Contribute to a culture of care that’s community-rooted, equitable, and respectful.

Adhere to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards including HIPAA and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

Active Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

DEA certification

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Comfortable working in a tech-forward, collaborative environment

Passionate about health equity and serving diverse communities

Compensation & Schedule

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
