We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) to join a fast-paced outpatient clinical team in Rock Hill, SC. This full-time role is essential in delivering patient-centered care across both primary care and urgent care services, serving a diverse patient population with acute and chronic medical needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Deliver urgent care services for immediate and episodic medical needs
• Perform wellness exams, preventive screenings, immunizations, and chronic disease management
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies and imaging
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history and clinical findings
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient workflow
• Educate patients on preventive health strategies and lifestyle modifications
Requirements:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Active or eligible for an unrestricted South Carolina Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine (preferred)
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or fast-paced outpatient settings preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse patient panel while maintaining efficiency and quality
