Your Mission: The Backbone of Pricing to Billing Integrity

As a Pricing to Billing Expert, you’ll be the critical link between our Cash Management Officers (Front Office) and Billing teams (Back Office), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance at every stage of the transaction lifecycle. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, revenue recognition, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

1. Own the End-to-End Pricing-to-Billing Process

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for new transactions, guiding Front Office teams in defining the Statement of Work (SoW) based on product references.
Ensure clear scoping of client needs, pricing structures (standard vs. negotiated), and contractual terms.
Collaborate with Implementation teams to align product rollouts with pricing strategies.
Prepare Billing Configurations in Xelerate, compiling key data (entities, pricing, invoicing details, subscriptions, one-offs) to ensure seamless system integration.

2. Drive Process Control & Continuous Improvement

Develop and enforce key controls to verify transactions align with the SoW and signed contracts.
Perform regular reconciliations (e.g., SoW vs. contract or Pricing Extract Reports) to guarantee data accuracy.
Monitor subscriptions, one-off fees, and volume-based billing to ensure correct parameter updates in the billing engine.
Design and maintain dynamic dashboards (by client, legal entity, country, business group) to track performance and flag discrepancies.
Serve as the go-to expert for transaction queries, fostering smooth communication between teams.

Experience & Knowledge:

Background in Cash Management and banking operations (Transaction Banking, or Billing).

Experience with billing systems (e.g., Xelerate, Misys) or ERP tools is a plus.
Fluency in English (our working language); additional European languages are valued.
