Shipa Freight is Shipa’s integrated online freight platform – the world’s first – that brings together Air Freight, Full Container Load (FCL), and Less than Container Load (LCL) services and allows businesses to quote, book, pay and track shipments online. With its global network of logistics experts and industry-leading technology, Shipa ensures that goods arrive safely and reliably every time.
Your Responsibilities:
• Prepare source data for program entry by compiling and sorting information
• Process suppliers source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents for resolution
• Maintain data entry requirements and updates with our various vendors
• Manage client specific contracts to process them and make them available in the system
• Create reports on data quality and other information (volume, demand, accuracy, coverage) needed by Pricing managers
• Be a team-player and assist the rest of team and any Sales requirements
Requirements:
Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, market analysis, or a closely related field
• Minimum experience of 2-5 years relevant experience
• Very good command of MS Excel, Macros and Visual Basics
Your Proficiencies:
• Strong analytical skills in mathematics, statistics, and computer science
• Good communication skills and a self-starter attitude, with attention to detail and focused on results and productivity
• Problem-solving skills to deliver quick and efficient solutions autonomously
• Ability to prioritize and proactiveness to foresee issues and provide solutions
• Excellent organizational skills (project management) and attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving attitude with a focus on timely delivery and ownership of results
• Able to handle multiple simultaneous projects, highly organized and able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment
• Ability to work comfortably in a group/collaborative setting
• Natural curiosity to learn technologies, business models, and industry trends
• Result-oriented, self-motivated and proactive; needing minimal supervision
• Well-spoken and written English level
