Our Key Accounts team is responsible for driving strategic growth and innovation with our most important partners. We invest in long-term relationships that spans borders and cultures and results in incredible value for Agoda, our partners, and our customers. We serve as consultants, offering strategic advice on how best to excel on Agoda’s commercial platform. We are direct contributors to what makes Agoda a market leader. The Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Pricing Operations Specialist to join our Key Accounts Pricing Operations Team. In this role, your will help defend our pricing against competitors, ensuring that Agoda always has the most competitive offers in the markets. You will support our commercial teams by understanding their needs, mastering our internal systems, analyzing pricing incidents and and providing sound recommendations that maximize business impact. This person will work closely with various internal functions including Commercial, Pricing Strategy, Marketing and Affiliate teams to streamline processes and support commercial pricing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of commercial pricing escalations, ensuring speedy and high quality investigation and recommendations that maximize business impact.

• Analyze data and identify pricing or operational issues. Convert insights into actions and reliably execute improvement projects.

• Subject matter expert on pricing knowledge and internal operations tools relevant to key accounts.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Pricing Strategy, Marketing, Operations, Analytics and others) to streamline processes and support pricing and operational initiatives.

• Monitor and report on pricing escalations, providing insights and recommendations for timely improvements.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new challenges, contributing to the team's overall

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years experience in operations or project management.

• Knowledge in SQL is a plus. Experience in issue investigation, quickly identifying system bugs, process gaps, and launch innovative solutions to fix problems at root cause.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and generate actionable insights.

• Strong attention to detail with a bias for actions and execution

• Demonstrate good emotional intelligence and commercial sense with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset. Eager to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
