職位概述

你將同時負責從業務流程、用戶體驗與競品資訊中挖掘產品需求，並協助營運文件維護、制度更新與外包協同。這個角色將橫跨前中段產品營運流程，支援需求決策、產品交付與營運穩定性。

主要職責:

• 與價格營運，產品及開發等部門合作，挖掘流程痛點與潛在需求

• 管理與分析各渠道需求來源

• 定期追蹤競品功能與策略，提出差異化建議

• 撰寫洞察報告，輸出結構化建議支援產品規劃

• 撰寫與維護系統操作指引與作業政策，建立知識庫

• 管理與支持外包任務交付，負責初步成果驗收與問題反饋

• 協助管理內部系統設定與日常維運任務

• 支援需求與質量相關資料的彙整、追蹤與可視化

基本要求:

• 2年以上產品營運或 PMO 類經驗

• 具備需求分析與流程診斷能力，能獨立輸出洞察與建議

• 具備文檔撰寫與內部制度管理經驗者佳

• 邏輯清晰，擅長跨部門協作與資訊整合

• 熟練使用 Notion、Excel、Google Workspace 等工具，有使用 BI 工具或基本 SQL 能力尤佳

• 具備自我驅動與 owner 意識，能在模糊任務中主動定義目標與行動
