A Day in the Life

We’re seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager for Pricing Insights & Analytics to join our Global Pricing & Contracting Insights & Analytics team to shape the future of data-driven decision making! You’ll drive strategic pricing decisions and global transformation initiatives. This role will focus on delivering actionable insights through Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) reporting, monitoring price increase performance, supporting new product launch reporting, and advancing our analytics capabilities through AI-powered solutions. This role is based in Prague with up to 3 days remote work per week.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Lead the development and delivery of robust Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) Reporting analytics to identify revenue drivers, monitor trends, and support commercial strategy.
• Design and implement frameworks to track, analyse, and report on price increase effectiveness and compliance across geographies and product lines.
• Develop analytic models and dashboards to measure pricing performance, adoption, and market impact of newly launched products.
• Champion the AI-driven transformation - development and adoption of advanced analytics and AI-powered solutions to automate and scale global insights generation, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and IT to align insights with business objectives and ensure actionable recommendations.
• Support change management, communication, and training strategies to drive adoption of analytics products.
• Oversee team members area of responsibility, manage team performance, develop talent, engagement and inclusion.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing and developing diverse teams
• 2+ years of experience in the pricing domain, preferably in the area of insights and analytics
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
• Passion for teamwork, delivering great customer experiences, and continuous learning.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) for effective communication across global teams and stakeholders.

Experience with data governance, change management, and supporting adoption of analytics products through communication and training strategies is a plus.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
