The Role

We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst to support the development and optimization of pricing strategies across our buisness unit. In this role, you’ll analyze cost structures, market trends, customer segments, and competitive data to ensure pricing remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with business goals.

You’ll work closely with Client Engagement, Finance, Operations, and Globalize Management to support bids, contracts, and ongoing pricing decisions.

What You’ll Do

Pricing & Financial Analysis

• Build and maintain pricing models for services, contracts, and proposals
• Analyze costs, margins, and profitability across FQA, LQA, Localization, and Audio services
• Evaluate pricing scenarios, discounts, and deal structures
• Monitor pricing performance and recommend margin-improving actions

Market & Competitive Insights

• Conduct competitive pricing and market analysis
• Track industry trends, customer behavior, and pricing benchmarks
• Assess market impacts on pricing and profitability

Sales & Bid Support

• Support pricing for RFPs and customer proposals
• Partner with Client Engagement and Operations to balance competitiveness and profitability
• Review contract pricing for compliance with guidelines and approval thresholds

Reporting & Collaboration

• Prepare pricing, margin, and revenue reports for senior leadership
• Maintain pricing tools, databases, and documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial analytics (service industry preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools, pricing tools, or SQL is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience pricing services and complex contracts
• Strong understanding of cost-to-serve and margin analysis
• Ability to communicate complex insights to non-financial stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong business judgment
