Main Responsibilities:

• Work with senior management to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives and market positioning;
• Monitor pricing strategies across various product categories and adjust as necessary based on market conditions, seasonality, and customer behavior;
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand pricing trends, promotions, and market dynamics;
• Oversee price change requests and ensure timely execution across all sales channels;
• Analyze pricing performance using data analytics tools and reports, and adjust pricing strategies to optimize revenue and margins;
• Monitor the impact of price changes on sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary;
• Provide regular reports on pricing performance, including key metrics such as margin, sales volume, and revenue;
• Prepare analysis on the impact of pricing strategies on overall business performance, providing recommendations for future adjustments;
• Analyze market data trends and make suggestions on grasp business opportunities.

The following key competencies are required to be successful in this role:

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term pricing strategies aligned with business goals;
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve pricing issues quickly and effectively;
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
• Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting pricing strategies in response to changing market conditions and consumer preferences;
• Customer Focus: Understanding of customer needs and price sensitivity to optimize pricing strategies;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable pricing strategies;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and pricing analysis tools (e.g., price optimization software);
• Proficiency in English;
• Over 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
