Our exterior cleaning technicians are trained to become experts in pressure washing and gutter cleaning. This posting is for our night shift only. Please see other available roles at southernor.com/careers.
Application, interview, and pre-screens will occur: Today through March 2
Orientation: Sunday, March 8, 2026 - 8 PM
Initial training concludes: Thursday, March 19
Regular schedule: Sundays through Thursdays each week, 8 PM start. Occasional off-day shifts due to weather cancellations, etc.

Valid NC Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the North Raleigh warehouse.
Construction or exterior work experience is a plus.

Essential Duties
Drive our vehicles to and from jobsites
Operate hoses, wands, ladders, and harnesses safely.
Follow OSHA and company safety requirements.
Lift/pull up to 75 lbs and hold wands overhead for extended periods.
Read and follow safety instructions and job assignments accurately.

$17-$18/hour for those new to the trade – we train you
Up to $19/hour with experience and strong soft skills
$18.50–$20/hour+ for advanced experience and soft skills
Lead Technicians (salaried) average mid-$50Ks in year one; up to $66,000+ with experience and efficiency
Leads are promoted from existing team members hired through this posting
