Pressure Washer - Night Shift

What do expect & Initial schedule:

Interview and pre-screens will occur: now through Feb 5, offer letters Feb 5

Day schedule training week: Feb 9-13 training with our day manager (7:30 AM start)

Regular schedule: Feb 15 and beyond: Sunday through Thursday, 8 PM start

Essential duties:

Showing up is crucial for our team - we rely on one another. Therefore, we require all team members MUST HAVE ADEQUATE TRANSPORTATION to the SOR warehouse/ job site location.

Driver's license highly preferred for this posting (some of the leadership roles require driving, so drivers have more paths available)

Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (i.e. at least 2 years' experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record).

Must be able to lift and pull 75 lb. loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.). Must be able to lift pressure washing wands and hold above head for at least 6 hours per shift.

Must be able to meet size/ weight minimums and maximums for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. (With some exceptions, those weighing between 150 lbs. and 270 lbs. will generally be able to properly use our equipment. Feel free to ask for more details if you are closer to the lower or higher ends and we will do our best to work with you.)

Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information.

Must be able to walk, stand, squat, climb, and execute safety protocols.

The priorities of SOR Pressure Washing Technicians are:

SAFETY and OSHA compliance

Efficiency and Timeliness – getting the job done on schedule (you make more here when you're accurate AND efficient!)

Trustworthiness - the ability to perform work without micromanagement or hand-holding

Coachability - able to absorb training from the experts we provide (You are working directly with experts- not just for orientation and initial training!)

$17 - $18/ hour for those with little to no pressure washing experience - we will train you! (We do ask that you have general blue collar work experience.) There's room to grow here. New technicians moving to Lead Technician via training and promotion become salaried employees with guaranteed base plus bonus pay.

For this role, we anticipate hiring two candidates with some experience in either outdoor blue collar work or previous pressure washing experience at the $18-$20 range to start.

($20-$22/hour+ for those with advanced experience the company needs. 90% of our Lead Technicians are internal hires!)
