The President of Munson Medical Center leads overall hospital operations, quality, and financial performance while advancing system-wide alignment. As a key member of Munson Healthcare’s senior leadership team, the President drives integration across the region and partners with system leaders to achieve MMC’s growth and strategic goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Operational Expertise: Proven hospital leader capable of driving operational performance initiatives and financial success and leading changes across the organization.  Oversees efficient operations to ensure strong financial results, efficient cost management, and service line growth.
• Leadership Approach: Thrives in a dynamic environment while respecting and honoring the organization’s history.
• Strategic Leadership: Drives a clear strategy aligned with Munson Healthcare’s mission; strengthens key partnerships.
• Quality & Service: Achieves high-performance in-patient experience, staff engagement, physician satisfaction, safety, and quality.
• People & Culture: Builds talent, engagement, and a culture of professional growth. Champions a patient‑centered, collaborative, and mission‑aligned culture.
• Engagement: Maintains strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders. Builds strong relationships with physicians and clinical teams to support quality, safety, and financial goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; or an MD/other relevant clinical degree.
• Experience: 10+ years of leadership within a large, complex healthcare organization, including at least five years in a senior hospital operations role
