JOB PURPOSE

This position sits in our Creative & Marketing service based in Amsterdam. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, full funnel media, and chatbots all powered by the latest tech and AI. Our clients include Tommy Hilfiger, Wero, Philips, Stokke and OpenAI.

We are looking for a pioneering Presentation Designer who doesn't just "layout slides" but builds immersive visual narratives. You will be the secret weapon for our senior leadership and new business teams, taking raw data, complex technical architectures, and high-level creative concepts and distilling them into "straight-talking," high-impact presentations. Your goal: ensure that every pitch or keynote we deliver sets the standard for the industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Narrative Architecture: Partner with experts across our Creative, Engineering, and Growth crafts to turn technical jargon into human, approachable stories.

• Visual Engineering: Use the "DEPT® grit" to design bespoke decks in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma and Keynote that feel like high-end digital products, not corporate templates.

• Pioneering Design: Lean forward into new tools—incorporating AI-generated assets, data visualizations, and interactive elements to keep our pitches "future-facing".

• Get Sh*t Done: Move with the speed and intimacy of a boutique agency to hit tight pitch deadlines without breaking a sweat.

• Brand Guardianship: Ensure every deck reflects our B Corp status and commitment to being the "best agency for the world"

• Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in the Big Three (Google Slides, PPT, Keynote) plus Figma, Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite.
