Key Responsibilities

 

Design and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, brochures, and visual assets for marketing and client communication across global teams. Translate complex content into clear, well-structured layouts that are easy to understand and aligned with brand standards.

 

Own projects from initial layout exploration through final delivery, managing multiple briefs in parallel while working in a fast-paced environment. Partner closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, shape design direction, and provide practical visual solutions.

 

Contribute to concept development across projects, maintain consistency with global brand guidelines, and improve document workflows to increase efficiency. Support project planning by assessing effort, prioritizing requests, and helping define milestones and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 - 6 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, clean layouts, and branding design
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

Skills Required

• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint (advanced animations, transitions, slide masters) and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint (the more, the better).
• A portfolio that demonstrates complex visual work along with clear reasoning behind design choices.
• Strong creative judgment, offering fresh ideas while maintaining a high level of client service.
• Sharp attention to detail, with a strong grasp of typography, spacing and overall layout.
• Confident in guiding conversations with internal teams or clients to set direction and align on goals.
• Comfortable taking initiative and pushing for new approaches.
• Able to work on their own and contribute well within a fast-moving team environment.
• Positive, confident and supportive teammate with a flexible, proactive mindset.
• Pays close attention to detail and maintains high standards in typography, spacing and layout.
• Communicates clearly and can articulate design thinking in a simple, relatable way.
