About the role

Our Designers are makers and storytellers that use design to bring ideas to life. They lead projects into uncharted creative territories and create new outcomes. They design fundamentalists, but approach projects with a systems and stories mindset. They identify user needs, interpret client challenges, create innovative concepts and define visual language.

Presenting ideas is huge in our business. We develop dynamic content that turns presentations into something memorable. Whether it’s a product launch, pitch, demo or something entirely new, we shape messages into stories that inspire people in a live setting.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Presentation Designer at R/GA:

On any given day you might

• Work within a team to assist with the creation, conception, and execution of designs

• Understand and extend the visual language for projects, understanding how a presentation looks, how it works, and how it will be used in the future

• Create notable presentations in alignment with the agency’s standards and clients’ requests

• Communicate and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the design is communicating the desired message

The ideal person

• Has excellent oral, written, and presentation skills

• Is incredibly detail oriented

• Is proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint and Keynote

• Is comfortable working on both PC & Mac platforms

• Can work well with others, but also function independently

• Is a natural storyteller who can work effectively and creatively under tight deadlines

You bring

• 2+ years' experience working in an agency or similar environment

• Proficiency in Figma and G-Suite

• A clear understanding of design standards, such as layout, color, and typography

• Proficiency in English (Verbal and Written)
