We are looking for a Presentation Designer – AI Training & Visual Systems (PowerPoint Focus) to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this role, you will serve as a presentation design specialist focused on building high-quality PowerPoint presentations and visual systems used to train AI presentation models. You will personally build slide decks and templates from scratch that teach AI systems how strong presentations are structured, styled, and communicated. This is a production-focused, detail-heavy design role centered on PowerPoint craftsmanship, layout precision, and visual clarity at scale.

This is not a brand design, UX/UI, marketing ad, or 3D design role. Deep PowerPoint build experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Build complete PowerPoint presentations from scratch using raw or loosely structured content

• Create reusable PowerPoint templates, slide systems, and layout libraries

• Design structured slide patterns that can be consistently replicated by AI systems

• Define typography, spacing, hierarchy, and layout rules for presentation systems

• Evaluate AI-generated slides and correct visual, structural, and clarity issues

• Rewrite and redesign weak slides into high-clarity visual communication

• Produce high-volume presentation content while maintaining precision and polish

• Document template rules, layout standards, and accessibility requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve AI presentation output quality

• Perform detailed quality checks to eliminate typos, alignment errors, and layout inconsistencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field

• 3+ years of professional visual or graphic design experience

• Advanced PowerPoint skills — must be able to build full decks and templates from scratch

• Demonstrated expertise in layout, typography, color, and composition

• Proven experience creating multi-slide presentations (not single-page marketing graphics)

• Experience designing structured presentation templates and reusable slide frameworks

• Strong visual judgment and high design sensibility

• Proficiency in PowerPoint plus at least one major design tool (Figma or Adobe CC)

• Strong proofreading and detail-review habits

• Ability to explain design decisions clearly and practically

Portfolio Requirements (Required for Consideration)

To be considered, your portfolio must include:

• Real PowerPoint presentation decks you personally built

• Examples of template systems or slide libraries you created

• Before-and-after slide redesign examples are strongly preferred

• Work that shows hierarchy, structure, and multi-slide storytelling

Portfolios that show only logos, brand kits, UI screens, social ads, or 3D work will not be considered sufficient for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of presentation or graphic design experience

• Experience working with AI-generated content or model output evaluation

• Experience scoring or reviewing visual outputs for quality and consistency

• Experience building scalable design systems used across teams

• Accessibility and inclusive design experience

• Experience in experimental or emerging product workflows

Not a Fit for This Role

This role is not aligned with candidates whose primary experience is in:

• Brand identity and logo design only

• UX/UI or CX design for web or mobile products

• Marketing ad or click-through creative production

• Gaming, 3D, or motion-first design

• Designers who rely primarily on templates without building layouts from scratch

• Candidates who do not demonstrate careful proofreading and quality control

Compensation Information
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $22.00 - $23.00 USD/hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
