Growing Kids Learning Center on Ireland Road in South Bend is seeking both Part-Time and Full-Time Early Childhood Teachers to join our passionate team. We’ve been family-owned since 1995, proudly serving Northern Indiana children from 6 weeks to elementary age. Our mission is simple: Protect, Educate, Inspire.

What You’ll Do
Plan and lead fun, educational activities
Keep a safe, clean, and organized classroom
Support children’s growth and milestones
Communicate with parents and families
Work as part of a collaborative teaching team
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
1+ year of childcare experience (preferred)
Team-focused, proactive attitude
Must pass background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical
Able to lift 25lbs and stand for long periods
Schedule: Monday–Friday (no evenings or weekends!)
