We are currently seeking exceptional Preschool Sports Coaches to transform our physical development programs and create powerful, movement-centered learning experiences that propel young children toward athletic confidence and physical mastery.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement developmentally appropriate sports and movement programs that promote motor skills, coordination, and physical literacy
• Create inclusive, differentiated activities that expertly accommodate diverse ability levels and ensure complete participation while challenging each child appropriately
• Monitor and document children's physical development progress
• Establish and maintain a zero-compromise safety environment with proactive risk management during all physical activities
• Engage parents as valued stakeholders through sophisticated communication about their child's physical development trajectory
• Oversee comprehensive equipment management systems and optimise activity zones for maximum engagement and safety
• Lead immersive indoor and outdoor physical experiences throughout seasonal variations, demonstrating pedagogical flexibility

Requirements:
• Early Childhood qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with preschool aged children in an educational setting
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification would be advantageous
• Strong understanding of early childhood development milestones
• Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
