Job Description

Optimiza is looking to hire a Technical Engineer as per the following requirements and qualifications:

• Engage with customers to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and understand business/technical challenges.
• Design and propose networking and security solutions covering LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Data Center, IPT, and Security technologies.
• Develop HLDs/LLDs, BoMs (Bill of Materials), SoWs (Scope of Work), and solution presentations.
• Ability to prepare technical/financial proposals against RFPs and customer requirements.
• Deliver technical demos, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and product evaluations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to respond to RFPs/RFQs.
• Present solutions to technical and executive audiences, both onsite and remotely.
• Work closely with vendors and distributors for solution validation.
• Lead presales engagements across multiple vendors and technologies.

Requirements:
• Has (4-10) years of experience in relevant field.
• Has excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Has Proven track record in solution design, RFP response, and customer presentations.
• Has related certificates like CCNP,NSE4. JNCIP is a must, And CCIE is preferred.
