Presales and Bid Engineer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Presales & Bid Engineer to join our UniQue International Presales team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation! In this position you will have the chance to:

• Analyse EU call requirements.
• Analyze tendering documentation to comprehend project requirements and constraints.
• Bid analysis according to RFI, RFQ, RFPs or Tenders’ technical and financial requirements.
• Drafting of specific sections of proposals meeting fully the EU call requirements.
• Create compelling pre-sales materials such as CVs, presentations, and introductory documents to highlight organizational expertise, capabilities, and references.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
• Actively engage in internal and external brainstorming sessions to foster innovative proposal ideas.
• Participate in coordination meetings with partner companies to ensure cohesive collaboration.

Requirements:
What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience within IT with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a presales engineering role.
• Proven experience in technical writing.
• Advanced understanding of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of project management and software development methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and issues, meet deadlines, follow through on commitments, and proactively address challenges.
• Strong understanding of public procurement processes and regulations. Proven track record of successfully managing EU public sector tenders will be considered as an asset
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software for solution design and proposal development.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional EU languages is a plus.
