We’re seeking a Prep Cook to join us at The Bison! Named in Trip Advisor's top 10 Canadian fine dining restaurants and OpenTable's Top 100 Restaurants in Canada, we proudly feature regional, seasonal, Canadian cuisine. What You'll Do:

• Preparing ingredients ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Setting up stations
• Assist with training new team members as required

What You Have:

• Excellent work ethic and communication skills
• Previous culinary experience
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule required
