Prep Cook

Dartcor is looking for a dependable and motivated Prep/Utility Team Member to support our culinary team in a fast-paced corporate café setting. This role is essential to maintaining kitchen efficiency, cleanliness, and delivering a great guest experience.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food prep tasks (washing, chopping, portioning)
• Set up and break down stations according to prep lists

• Stocking and re-stocking pantries

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, café, and storage areas
• Operate dishwashing machine and hand-wash as needed
• Receive, store, and organize deliveries
• Dispose of trash and recycling following safety standards
• Support chefs and line cooks as needed during service

We Need From You:

• Prior kitchen or foodservice experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Punctual, reliable, and professional in demeanor
