Preowned Sales Assistant

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Pre-Owned Manager with daily inventory operations and lot organization

• Track and manage incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory (trade-ins, auction purchases, wholesales)

• Coordinate vehicle reconditioning process (service, detail, inspections, and photos)

• Ensure all vehicles are frontline-ready and merchandised properly

• Maintain accurate vehicle records, including pricing, status, and key data in inventory systems

• Monitor time-to-market and follow up on any delays in recon or service

• Communicate with service, detail, and sales teams to streamline workflow

• Assist with pricing updates and market analysis to stay competitive

• Post and manage vehicle listings on dealership website and third-party platforms

• Verify vehicle information (VINs, options, mileage, Carfax, etc.) for accuracy

• Support buyers with auction logistics and vehicle tracking

• Help maintain lot appearance and vehicle placement for optimal presentation

• Handle basic administrative tasks such as stocking in vehicles, filing, and reporting

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and sense of urgency

• Automotive or dealership experience preferred

• Familiarity with inventory systems (vAuto, Dealertrack, etc.) is a plus

• Good communication skills and team-oriented

Pay: $30.00 - $30.00 / hour
