About You:

As a Precision Welder, you'll have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals. This role requires consistent, high-quality welds and attention to detail.

About the Job:

As a Precision Welder, your main responsibilities will include:

Ability to produce weld beads on consistently thin material is required — many of our hose assemblies demand precision work not typical in standard welding roles.

Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols.

Preparing and setting up welding equipment, including selecting the appropriate welding method and materials.

Proven experience with TIG welding, especially with thin-gauge materials.

Welding components in various positions (e.g., flat, vertical) using different welding processes.

Conducting visual inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Performing routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.

Collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines and production goals.

Utilize your welding expertise to produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Qualifications:

Ability to produce weld beads on consistently thin material is required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality welds that are very thin.

Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices.

Familiarity with welding equipment and tools.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

High school degree or GED equivalent required.

5+ years of welding experience.

Demonstrated experience with stainless tubing welding, sanitary welding, or purge welding.

Salary:

$27 - $32 Hourly
