At our Ottawa retail location, we provide free appraisals and quotes for customers looking to sell valuables or invest in gold and silver. Our mission is to offer the best prices, accurate information, and expert guidance to every customer.

About the Role:
We are seeking full-time Precious Metals Analyst to join our growing team in Ottawa. This is an in-person role where you’ll interact with customers buying or selling gold and other precious metals. We provide full in-store customer service training to set you up for success.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

Accurately assess customers’ precious metals using the tools and processes provided

Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Participate in additional projects and tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn

Comfort with computers and basic math

Interest in professional development and growth

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $23 per hour
