We are Canada's gold and silver professionals. The Canada Gold family is one of the country’s largest jewellery, precious metal, and diamond buyers, and sellers of gold and silver bullion. At our retail location. We provide free appraisals and quotes for customers who bring in their valuables. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best prices, information, and expert advice when considering selling their valuables and/or investing in precious metals.
About the Position:
We are looking for a full-time Precious Metals Consultant and Dealer to join our growing team. This is an in-person role where you’ll meet with customers who are buying or selling gold and other precious metals. Full in-store customer service and product training will be provided.
This position requires the ability to travel between our Edmonton locations, including our Mayfield store, as business needs require. Reliable transportation is required, as shifts may be scheduled at either location.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Accurately assess customers’ precious metals in a timely manner using tools provided
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Work on additional tasks and projects as assigned

Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am-5:00pm
Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
