As a Precast Concrete Crew Member, you’ll work in our manufacturing facility in Blackfalds, helping produce high-quality precast concrete products. Job Description

Assist with the production of various precast projects

Perform cleaning, pouring, finishing, and other tasks related to precast production

Be prepared to work hands-on and receive on-the-job training

Follow directions and work independently or with a crew

Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Troubleshoot issues and report to the foreman or supervisor

Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

Applicants successful in the interview process will be asked to complete a pre-employment assessment as part of the final hiring process

Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation

Available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed

Physically fit to perform demanding work for extended periods

Able to lift at least 50lbs

Comfortable working at heights with proper safety restraints

Able to work independently or with a crew

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta

Assets

Experience in construction or precast concrete

Completion of Construction Safety Training System (CSTS) course
