Job Description

As a Solutions Consultant, you will be the primary architect of confidence for our customers. You are not just demonstrating software; you are translating mission-critical challenges into life-saving solutions. In this impact-driven role, you will act as a subject matter expert during high-stakes engagements, using your trilingual expertise to connect with diverse stakeholders across the Americas.

Your day-to-day involves:

• Designing tailored solution architectures that emphasize our competitive advantages and solve specific customer pain points

• Delivering compelling, high-impact demonstrations of our software that showcase how we make the "unseen" visible during emergencies

• Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to ensure our technology matches the reality of the field

• Empowering customers through customized training and support during product trials, ensuring they feel confident in the platform’s ability to protect their communities and businesses

Basic Requirements

Basic Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Resilience Management, including Crisis Management, Business Continuity, or Continuity Risk Management

• Full professional fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese

• 4+ years of professional experience in pre-sales consulting, business analysis, or software implementation within a SaaS environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
 

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves)

• Demonstrated experience in Physical Security event management (e.g., facilities, stadiums, or campus security)

• Proven ability to manage front-line stakeholder relationships and navigate complex project team environments

• Familiarity with market analysis and providing strategic insights to Product Development teams

• Experience with software implementation and technical scoping for enterprise-level clients
