About the role -
As a PreSales Solutions Consultant, you will be in a customer-facing role, and be responsible for helping both developers and non-technical users make the best use of our platform. You will also help manage and prioritize prospect/customer queries and follow through with the execution and resolution of any production incidents.

You will partner with our Engineering, GTM teams and other cross-functional teams to provide the highest level of assistance and be a subject-matter expert to our clients around the world, particularly in India, the largest WhatsApp market.

As a Presales Solutions Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include

• Conducting product demonstrations for prospects, outlining various use cases and potential solutions
• Documenting API integrations and solutions for internal and external stakeholders
• Developing new use cases and turnkey solutions to aid sales and drive customer adoption
• Communicating insights and aiding the product team in developing native integrations and product improvements
• Managing and prioritizing prospect and customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a customer technical support role
• Experience working with REST APIs or testing API integrations
• A self-motivated, customer-centric work ethic with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with customers across different time zones in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Track record of developing innovative solutions to aid sales and drive customer success
