Our client is an emerging leader in AI platform space, offering an enterprise-grade platform designed to connect human decision-making with intelligent automation. Their system brings together communication channels such as chat, email, web, CRM, and in-store touchpoints, enabling organisations to scale AI adoption with trust, context, and strong governance.

They are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to join a high-growth team focused on enterprise AI transformation. In this role, you'll serve as the technical advisor between sales and prospective clients, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.

What you will do::
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand organizational challenges, processes, and digital transformation objectives
• Architect tailored AI solutions that align with client security, compliance, and scalability requirements
• Collaborate with sales teams and implementation partners to develop deployment roadmaps
• Lead compelling product demonstrations and executive workshops for both technical and business audiences
• Illustrate platform capabilities including workflow orchestration, integration flexibility, and governance frameworks
• Guide clients through hands-on configuration and use-case development
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation frameworks
• Partner with technology alliance partners and system integrators on joint solution development
• Serve as the customer advocate internally, providing feedback to product and engineering teams

What you will need::
• 4–8 years in enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, or AI/digital transformation consulting
• Proven track record working with enterprise SaaS platforms, AI/ML technologies, or automation systems
• Familiarity with enterprise IT architectures, security frameworks, and integration patterns
• Solid understanding of AI concepts including large language models, retrieval systems, multi-agent frameworks, and knowledge management
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with both low-code/no-code platforms and API-based integrations
• Comfortable presenting to senior executives and leading technical workshops
• Strong consultative mindset with focus on governance, security, and organizational alignment
