Your Graduate Journey

Whether you're based in Auckland or Christchurch, you'll be hands-on from the start – working in software teams that build real products used by real people. You'll write production-level code, take ownership of your work, and explore different technical disciplines (software, performance, and cloud & delivery engineering) across our global product suite.

Auckland Programme

• 12-month structured rotation
• Join three major solution groups, spending 4 months in each
• Gain broad exposure to products and teams while exploring where you thrive

Christchurch Programme

• 12-month dual-rotation model
• Join two solution groups, spending 6 months in each
• Deepen your technical expertise with strong support and mentorship

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for passionate, curious graduates who are excited by technology and want to build software with impact.

Tech Skills (Any of the Below):

• Java (our core language)
• JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS
• React or Angular frameworks
• AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Linux, Bash scripting, Git

Your Strengths:

• You're completing your degree in 2026 and ready to start in February 2027
• A genuine interest in software, how it works, and how to improve it
• An inquisitive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• You’re a collaborative team player who enjoys learning from others and sharing what you know
