Ramji Law Group is intentionally building a pre-litigation team composed entirely of attorneys who prefer case ownership, client communication, and resolution-focused work over court appearances. This position is designed for attorneys who want to practice law without engaging in litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement

Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters

Review and analyze medical records and damages

Draft and negotiate settlement demands

Collaborate with leadership to evaluate case value and strategy

Move cases efficiently and professionally from start to resolution

This role does not involve court appearances, hearings, or future transition into litigation.

Qualifications
This position is ideal for:
