Your mission:
Als Founder’s Associate Praktikant:in unterstützt du unser Gründerteam in allen Bereichen – von Strategie bis operatives Tagesgeschäft. Dabei kannst du deine eigenen Ideen einbringen, Verantwortung übernehmen und viel lernen.

• Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern bei strategischen Initiativen und operativen Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Pitches, Reports, Präsentationen und Analysen

• Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen

• Mitarbeit bei Projekten in den Bereichen Business Development, Sales, Fundraising oder Operations - je nach aktuellem Fokus

• Übernahme eigener kleiner Projekte von A bis Z

• Organisation und Begleitung von internen Prozessen und Meetings

Your profile:
• Du studierst aktuell (Bachelor oder Master) in einem wirtschaftsnahen Studiengang oder stehst kurz vor dem Abschluss

• Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen im Start-up-Umfeld, in der Beratung, im VC oder in einem SaaS-Unternehmen gesammelt (kein Muss, aber ein Plus)

• Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert

• Du bist neugierig, analytisch stark und hast keine Scheu, mit anzupacken

• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
