Deine Aufgaben:

• Du arbeitest eng mit den Gründern und dem Management an strategischen Fragen rund um Operations und die Strategie zusammen.

• Du gestaltest aktiv die Strategie für die nächsten Jahre.

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management und C-Level Team

• Analysieren von Daten und ableiten sowie präsentieren von entsprechenden Handlungsempfehlungen

• Weiterentwicklung der Operations Strategie sowie Optimierung von Prozessen

Dein Profil:

• Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen verwandten Bereich oder hast bereits einen Abschluss.

• Du hast bereits erste gesammelte Berufserfahrung (auch durch Praktika) im Consulting, Business Development, Venture Capital oder Investment Banking ist von Vorteil

• Du kombinierst strategisches und analytisches Denken mit einer praktischen Herangehensweise.

• Du bist hoch motiviert und verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

• Du bist versichert in Excel und PowerPoint. Du gehst proaktiv und eigenständig an die Arbeit.

• Du hast sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (Min. C1)
