Als Praktikant in der Personalentwicklung (m/w/d) unterstützt Du uns idealerweise ab dem 01.04.2026 für 6 Monate bei der Organisation und Administration des nationalen Trainingsprogramms.

Deine Aufgaben: 

• Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Organisation von System- und Prozessschulungen 
• Erstellung und Pflege von digitalen Lerninhalten (bspw. E-Trainings, Erklärvideos, Wiki) 
• Pflege unseres Lernmanagementsystems (nach Einarbeitung)  
• Unterstützung bei Trainings- und Change Projekten, wie z.B. die Betreuung von einzelnen Großmärkten im Trainingskontext  
• Planung und Organisation von Live Online und Präsenzschulungen 

• Studium: Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Pädagogik, oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs 
• Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse: Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich sowie im Umgang mit MS-Office (z.B. Excel, Power Point, Word), sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Selbstständigkeit, sowie Verantwortungs- und Pflichtbewusstsein
