Wir suchen zum 15.04.2026 für 6 Monate einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) in der Personalentwicklung.

Du leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag bei der Organisation und Administration des nationalen Trainingsprogramms unserer Mitarbeiter.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Organisation von Führungs-, Vertriebs- und Produkttrainings
• Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von E-Learning Inhalten und deren Umsetzung
• Pflege unseres Lernmanagementsystems (nach Einarbeitung) 
• Unterstützung im Trainingsgeschäft und bei der Digitalisierung unseres Angebots – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung
• Übernahme von Verantwortung innerhalb von Projekten   
• Begleitung von Trainings- und Change Projekten, wie z.B. die Betreuung von einzelnen Großmärkten im Trainingskontext 
• Moderation und Koordination von (online) Workshops
• Planung und Organisation von Live Online und Präsenz Workshops

• Studium: Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Psychologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Erfahrungen: Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich sowie im Umgang mit MS-Office (z.B. Excel, Power Point, Word), sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Selbstständigkeit, sowie Verantwortungs- und Pflichtbewusstsein
