Als Praktikant (m/w/d) im Bereich Set-Up Coordination bist du bei uns genau richtig, wenn du dafür brennst Kund*innen dank deiner organisatorischen Fähigkeiten glücklich zu machen. Arbeite mit uns in Berlin im Office oder flexibel hybrid, Vollzeit. Starte ab sofort mit einer Dauer ab 6 Monaten.

Deine Rolle bei Matera:

• Du hilfst unseren neuen Kund*innen bei der individuellen Einrichtung ihrer Matera-Plattform

• Du stehst mit den verschiedenen Abteilungen im Kontakt (Buchhaltung, Rechtsabteilung, Sales), um alle Fragen deiner Kund*innen kompetent zu beantworten

• Du bist maßgeblich an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktes und den internen Prozessen beteiligt, indem du als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund*innen und dem Produkt- und Techteam agierst
