Als Praktikant (m/w/d) im Bereich Digitalisierung bist du bei uns genau richtig, wenn du dafür brennst Kund*innen dank deiner organisatorischen Fähigkeiten glücklich zu machen. Arbeite mit uns in Berlin im Office oder flexibel hybrid, Vollzeit. Starte ab sofort mit einer Dauer ab 4 Monaten.

Deine Rolle bei Matera:

• Du prüfst und strukturierst Unterlagen ehemaliger Hausverwaltungen und stellst mithilfe unserer Checklisten sicher, dass alles vollständig und bereit für die weitere Bearbeitung ist.

• Du bringst Ordnung ins Dokumentenchaos: Du sortierst, ordnest und digitalisierst Unterlagen und sorgst für eine übersichtliche Ablage.

• Du bekommst Einblicke in die WEG-Verwaltung und lernst, welche Dokumente für die Verwaltung und die Übernahme einer Gemeinschaft wichtig sind. Dabei unterstützt du auch organisatorisch bei neuen Übernahmen, z. B. durch die Information von Dienstleistern über den Verwalterwechsel.

• Du behältst den Überblick über Prozesse: Du dokumentierst Aufgaben in HubSpot und koordinierst den Versand von Unterlagen an unseren Archiv-Dienstleister.
