Job Description

Die Stelle ist als freiwilliges oder Pflichtpraktikum für die Dauer von 6 Monaten zu besetzen.

• Verantwortung für die Besetzung von Praktikant*innen- und Werkstudierendenstellen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR und Talent Acquisition sowie mit unseren Fachbereichen und Hiring Manager*innen
• Vorauswahl eingehender Bewerbungen sowie Planung und Koordination von Interviews
• Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience entlang des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses
• Übernahme eigener Projekte und aktives Einbringen von Ideen in den Recruiting- und HR-Alltag

• Student*in der Fachrichtung BWL, Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbares oder ein bereits abgeschlossenes Studium
• Erfahrung im Recruiting
• Lust auf eine offene und lockere Arbeitsatmosphäre mit Start-Up Charakter
• Fähigkeit, Bewerbungsgespräche auf Englisch zu führen
• Motivation, Teil unseres Teams zu werden und ABOUT YOU mit den besten Talenten zu vergrößern
