• Unterstützung des Einkaufsteams bei der Abwicklung des gesamten Einkaufsprozesse
• Unterstützende Korrespondenz mit Fachabteilungen und Lieferanten
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Dokumentationen und Bestellungen
• Erstellung von Prozessbeschreibungen
• Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung von Prozessen
• Mitarbeit bei Preisvergleichen und Vertragsdokumenten
• Selbständiges Durchführen kleiner Projekte
• Analytische Auswertungen
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung einer neuen Beschaffungssoftware
• Stammdatenpflege in SAP

• Aktives/laufendes Hochschulstudium in den Studienrichtungen Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Supply (Chain) Management, International Economics oder ähnliches
• Interesse am automotiven Umfeld
• Hohe Zahlenaffinität und Kostenbewusstsein
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Eigenmotivation, Einsatzbereitschaft und Hands-on Mentalität
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse
• Erste Praktika- oder Berufserfahrung (im Einkauf) von Vorteil
• Kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
• Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Begeisterung für die Konzeption und Umsetzung innovativer Ideen
