What will I be doing?

• Lead and Facilitate Team Meetings: Coordinate regular team meetings to discuss best practices, monitor progress, and address any operational challenges

• Oversee Project and Resource Management: Review ongoing projects, manage resource allocation, and ensure that resources are efficiently utilized to achieve project objectives.

• Promote Team Collaboration and Growth: Organize and lead team-building activities to enhance collaboration, foster a supportive work environment, and drive team growth.

• Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Engage with key stakeholders to review progress, address concerns, and minimize risks related to service delivery.

• Build and Develop Teams: Oversee the recruitment, development, and mentorship of team members, ensuring a clear growth path and alignment with organizational goals.

• Handle Escalations: Promptly address and resolve any escalations or issues that arise, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

• Strategic Planning and Reporting: Participate in planning and review meetings to align on strategic goals, prepare detailed reports on progress and outcomes, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Focus on Retention: Analyze factors contributing to turnover, collaborate with teams to develop retention strategies, and implement actions to improve client or employee retention.

What skills do I need?

• Above 8 years of experience in Onboarding and support of SAAS Products and leading teams.

• Strong software background and ability to master product functionality.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead meetings, inspire team members, and ensure clear and efficient communication across teams

• Deep understanding of client needs, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly in managing escalations and resolving conflicts.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and resources, with strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and optimize operations

• Ability to lead and work with remote teams across different timezones

• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve operations and client satisfaction

• Familiarity with project management tools and platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and implement them effectively in your role

• Ability to learn new skills and operate in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• Experience in the wellness/spa industry is a plus.

• Eagerness to learn about the opportunities and challenges driving revenue in the health and wellness industry.
