We are currently looking for a number of vibrant, experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Practice Managers with roles due to start in May.
Your role will encompass a diverse set of responsibilities: primarily you will be responsible for assisting our patients with enquiries and appointments. You will meet and greet patients with a clear and friendly telephone voice, a welcoming face to face reception and efficiently deal with their enquiry. You will follow up any email enquiries in a timely manner and ensure that any tasks handed over to covering admin staff are communicated concisely to prevent any delays in correspondence with patients.
As a Practice Manager we are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently. An ability to communicate clearly, lead by example, and build strong relationships with both team and patients. To take ownership and show a ‘my clinic’ attitude, ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining high standards.

Job description:
As the first point of contact both over the phone and in person, you are personally responsible for providing a 1st Class Customer Service to our patients.
Within the clinic you are a pivotal part of the team, liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need.
You will support the Clinic Director in running the clinic on a day to day basis.
Salary:
Starts at £29,000
Experience:
Front of House experience preferred
An understanding of IT systems
Training will be provided over 2 weeks
Location:
London (South West & City)
This role is 37.5hrs per week. You are entitled to 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
