Practice Manager - Dual Site Experience Required - Falmouth & Plymouth, MA

As a dual-site Practice Manager at our Falmouth & Plymouth, Massachusetts urgent care clinics, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational efficiency of the clinic while contributing to its long-term strategic goals. Your Impact

• Operational Management: Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

• Efficiently manage and lead the scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff to meet patient needs.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service.

• Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Act as the point of contact for any patient feedback, working with the Medical Leadership team to address concerns.

• Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Coordinate with the finance department to track expenses related to supplies and ensure adherence to the budget.

• Dual Site Management: Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operational workflows across two clinic locations (Falmouth & Plymouth).

• Monitor performance metrics at each site, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement solutions to ensure both clinics operate smoothly and consistently.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development.

• Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

• Implement strategies to enhance the clinic's market presence and community engagement.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria.

• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Communication and Collaboration: Partner with your District Director along with corporate resources to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.

Who You Are

• Exceptional people manager and team leader: 3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams.

• Dual-site leadership experience preferred!

• Experience in similar roles: Demonstrated skills in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.

• Driven and self-motivated: Ability to work independently, possess a level of initiative and enthusiasm to help drive results.

• Effective communicator (written and verbal) and cross collaborator: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.

• Knowledge of healthcare or adjacent industry: Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminology.

• Technically savvy: Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically SharePoint, Word, and Excel.

• Availability: Work in clinic Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call for weekends and flexibility to support the opening and closing of clinic regularly.

Bonus Qualifications

• Degree in degree in health management, health administration, nursing, business administration, or related field.

• Experience with When to Work, Clockwise, ADP, and Envi.

In order to maintain equity among team members, ConvenientMD has established defined hourly pay ranges for each role. Individual pay is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, years of relevant experience, current market conditions, and budget considerations. The pay range listed reflects the potential compensation for this role within this region. Final compensation is determined at the conclusion of the interview process. In addition to base pay, Practice Managers are ConvenientMD are eligible for an incentive bonus that is directly tied to clinic performance. Practice Managers overseeing two sites are eligible to earn incentive bonuses for both clinics. Incentive bonuses are paid on a quarterly basis and are designed to reward strong operational and financial performance. Pay Range for this Position
$90,000—$110,000 USD
