The Role
As a Practice Director, you are accountable for driving sustainable growth and delivering excellent AI-driven and digital outcomes for our clients. This is a multifaceted leadership role reporting to the Chief Practice Officer.
Key focus areas include:
•
AI Strategy & Practice Development: Defining an "AI-First" roadmap that integrates AI into core delivery models and the standard SDLC.
•
Talent & Line Management: Attracting and retaining a diverse team of engineering talent, focusing on AI and data capabilities while managing professional development.
•
Technical Direction & Pre-Sales: Supporting key clients with AI-focused solutioning and building strategic relationships with stakeholders.
•
Consulting Services: Engaging in hands-on billable activity and providing oversight on practice-specific engagements.
What we’re looking for
We need a leader who can transition clients from "AI curiosity" to "AI reality". You should possess:
•
AI Expertise: Practical understanding of Generative AI tools and techniques within enterprise applications.
•
Modern Engineering DNA: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and CI/CD tools.
•
Transformation Leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale digital and AI transformations, including the cultural and operational shifts required.
•
Commercial Savvy: A strong understanding of professional services dynamics, including margins, markups, and day rates.
•
Agile Mastery: Expertise in SCRUM, TDD, and AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
