Rol principal:

• Gestionar flujo de tareas (trafficking)

• Soporte en coordinación entre equipos (Creatividad, Diseño, Tech, etc.)

• Identificar cuellos de botella y tiempos libres

• Asegurar cumplimiento de tiempos y entregables

Requisitos:

• Estudiante de últimos ciclos o recién egresado(a) de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Economía, etc.

• Gestión de proyectos (deseable: enfoque ágil o Scrum básico)

• Manejo de Excel / Google Sheets (intermedio)

• Entendimiento básico de procesos operativos

• Deseable: conocimiento de herramientas como:

• ClickUp

• Trello

• Asana

Funciones específicas

• Asignación y seguimiento de tareas diarias

• Monitoreo de cargas de trabajo por equipo

• Registro de tiempos (real vs estimado)

• Alertas de desviaciones (retrasos, sobrecarga, ociosidad)

• Coordinación directa con líderes de equipo

• Comunicación clara y directa

• Capacidad analítica básica

• Proactividad
