Un día en tu vida:

Como practicante de Paid Advertising en Power Digital, colaborarás con distintos departamentos, aportarás ideas en reuniones de estrategia y participarás en sesiones de capacitación. Aprenderás sobre estrategias de publicidad paga y medios de puja (biddable media), apoyando el desarrollo y la ejecución de estrategias personalizadas para clientes. A través de Excel, analizarás métricas de rendimiento y apoyarás en la generación de reportes. Este rol fortalecerá tus habilidades de gestión de proyectos y comunicación, en un entorno que requiere atención al detalle y una mentalidad analítica.

Responsabilidades:

• Trabajar directamente con estrategas de marketing digital para apoyar cuentas de clientes reales de Power Digital

• Asistir a capacitaciones periódicas y espacios de aprendizaje entre canales

• Apoyar el desarrollo y la ejecución de estrategias de marketing para clientes reales

• Navegar y trabajar directamente en las distintas plataformas de publicidad

• Colaborar con todos los departamentos y equipos de la agencia

• Desarrollar comprensión sobre medios de puja y estrategias de publicidad paga para contribuir al crecimiento de los canales de los clientes

• Apoyar el desarrollo y la ejecución de estrategias personalizadas principalmente en: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads y TikTok Ads

• Aprender Excel y aplicar ese conocimiento en reportes semanales y mensuales, así como en el análisis de métricas de rendimiento relacionadas con canales de publicidad paga

• Desarrollar habilidades de gestión de proyectos y comunicación a través de experiencia práctica con nuestro sistema de gestión

Requisitos del rol:

• Habilidades sólidas de comunicación (escrita y verbal)

• Manejo de Microsoft Excel

• Orientación al detalle

• Perfil analítico

• Disposición y entusiasmo para aprender

• Capacidad para priorizar y gestionar múltiples tareas

• Autonomía, pero con apertura para hacer preguntas

• Interés en profundizar sus conocimientos en marketing digital
