Tu misión principal será brindar soporte operativo al equipo de contabilidad, asegurando que toda la documentación y los registros básicos estén al día para facilitar los cierres mensuales y la toma de decisiones.

Responsabilidades

- Gestión Documental: Organización y carga de facturas, recibos y comprobantes fiscales en nuestro sistema contable.

- Validación de Datos: Revisar que las facturas de proveedores cumplan con los requisitos fiscales internos y locales.

- Apoyo en Cuentas por Pagar: Ayudar en el seguimiento de pagos a proveedores y resolución de dudas básicas sobre estados de cuenta.

- Control de Gastos: Asistir en la revisión de los reportes de gastos de los empleados (travel & expenses) para asegurar que tengan los soportes correctos.

- Mantenimiento de Bases de Datos: Actualización de catálogos de proveedores y apoyo en la limpieza de datos en Excel.

- Tareas Administrativas: Apoyo general en requerimientos de auditoría (buscar pólizas, escanear documentos o descargar reportes bancarios).

Requisitos

- Estudiantes en etapa lectiva: Contaduría, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

- Excel Esencial: Manejo fluido de filtros, funciones básicas (SUMA, SI, BUSCARV) y ordenamiento de datos.

- Atención al Detalle: Capacidad para detectar errores en números o fechas de manera rápida.

- Actitud de Servicio: Disposición para aprender procesos operativos y apoyar al equipo en tareas repetitivas pero críticas.

- Inglés Básico-Intermedio: Capacidad para entender términos contables en inglés y navegar en sistemas que están en ese idioma.
