Buscamos un Practicante Administrativo de Proyectos para apoyar al equipo en tareas operativas y actividades de gestión documental dentro de proyectos del sector minero. Este rol ofrece una excelente oportunidad para desarrollar habilidades administrativas, organización de información y coordinación con distintas áreas en un entorno profesional y orientado a proyectos.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar en la organización, clasificación y actualización de la documentación del proyecto (registros, informes, planos, correspondencia y matrices).
• Mantener bases de datos y repositorios digitales actualizados, asegurando precisión, consistencia y trazabilidad.
• Preparar y dar seguimiento a listas de tareas, agendas y minutas de reunión.
• Apoyar en la carga, control y verificación de archivos en plataformas colaborativas.
• Revisar documentación para asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares internos y mejores prácticas de control administrativo.
• Coordinar con áreas como Project Management, Ingeniería, HSE y Procurement para solicitar información y actualizar estatus.
• Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes semanales y mensuales relacionados con el avance documental o administrativo.
• Participar en auditorías internas y procesos de revisión según los requisitos del proyecto.
• Brindar apoyo administrativo en actividades como logística de reuniones, preparación de materiales y tareas básicas de coordinación.

• Estudiante activo de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Gestión Documental, Archivística o áreas afines.
• Interés en gestión de proyectos y manejo estructurado de documentación técnica.
• Conocimientos básicos de Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint y Teams).
• Capacidad para trabajar con organización, estructura y alto nivel de detalle.
• Inglés fluido.
• Habilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas con responsabilidad y seguimiento disciplinado.
• Actitud proactiva, disposición para aprender y facilidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
• Fuertes habilidades organizacionales y manejo estructurado de la información.
• Atención al detalle y enfoque orientado a procesos.
• Comunicación clara y efectiva.
• Pensamiento analítico básico.
• Proactividad, aprendizaje continuo y colaboración.
