• Desarrollar e implementar mejoras en los procesos operativos para apoyar al director de operaciones durante la fase de expansión de la empresa
• Documentar, analizar y optimizar los flujos de trabajo y procedimientos organizativos existentes
• Llevar a cabo iniciativas exhaustivas de mapeo y reestructuración de procesos para mejorar la eficiencia operativa
• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para identificar cuellos de botella en los procesos y recomendar soluciones basadas en datos
• Elaborar informes y documentación detallados sobre las mejoras de los procesos y los cambios organizativos.
• Apoyar la implementación de los procesos reestructurados y supervisar su eficacia.
• Contribuir al desarrollo de buenas prácticas operativas y procedimientos operativos estándar dentro del sector de la energía solar.
