Shape the voice of Accor across the Mediterranean

As PR & Media Relations Manager – Mediterranean Countries, you will play a key role in strengthening Accor’s visibility and reputation across Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, and beyond.

You will drive impactful PR strategies for our Premium, Midscale & Economy brands, ensuring consistent positioning while adapting messaging to diverse and dynamic markets.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with brand priorities and corporate objectives across the Mediterranean region
• Strengthen Accor’s media presence and brand positioning through proactive storytelling and media engagement
• Identify media opportunities and lead creative story pitching to secure high-impact coverage
• Manage and coordinate PR agencies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment in communications
• Support and enhance the visibility of Accor’s leadership through spokesperson strategies and media opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (communications, marketing, operations, development) to ensure aligned messaging
• Build, nurture, and activate a strong network of media contacts and partners across the region
• Contribute to regional and global PR initiatives, ensuring local relevance and execution excellence

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications (in-house or agency)
• Strong expertise in media relations and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns
• Experience in corporate communications, reputation management, and crisis communication
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate strategy into compelling PR actions
• Strong understanding of the hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industry
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Italian or French are a strong plus
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-functional environment
